Measuring for the Biko PR Bands and Biko Sports Bands is quick and easy.

Step 1. Fit the dog with a Roman harness (the preferred harness style – easy to fit on the dog and provides best results when used with the Biko PR Bands and Biko Sports Bands). The Roman harness has the “D” ring on top, flat on the back.

Step 2. Measure (in inches or centimeters) the distance from the “D” ring to the metatarsals on the diagonal to the right and left hind limbs.

Left hind limb =_______cm/inches Right hind limb =_______cm/inches

Step 3. Measure (in inches or centimeters) the circumference of the metatarsals (between the tarsus and the paw) on each hind limb.

Left metatarsal = _______cm/inches Right metatarsal = _______cm/inches

Fitting the Biko PR Bands and Biko Sports Bands is simple and straightforward.

Step 1. Put the Roman harness on the dog- with “D” ring lying flat on the dog’s back.

Step 2. Clip the Biko PR Bands (the end without the black extenders) to the “D” ring of the harness.

Step 3. Clip the other end of the PR Bands (with the black extenders attached) to the padded foot cuffs.

Step 4. Place the padded cuffs with the Velcro fasteners around the metatarsus on each hind limb just below the hock.

Measuring for the Biko K9 Weight Cuffs is quick and easy.

Simply measure the circumference of the dog’s hind limb above the tarsal joint (where the weight cuff will sit).
